Where do I start? Where do I began? I am a Tenent at the Security Blvd location with 7 suites…. NOTHING but AMAZING. Shavani handles the A side very professional with a lot of class. She sees to it that things are done and handles situation in a way that makes you feel like comfortable in that location.

I came in asking about reception space. I spoke to Ms. Janay Wells, who was very perfessional, courteous, and helpful. I was given a short tour of some of the office spaces and asked to leave my information so someone may contact me in reference to the type of space I may be interested in. Therefore, I was very impressed with the service I was given by Ms. Wells.

Honest Review: Initially we had a little delay when we got there with being able to get access to the room but Janay was able to give us extra time and she allowed us to also have a free coffee complimentary for the inconvenience and the space in which was provided was also nice, professional, and we were able to finish the work needed for filming 🎥. At Baltimore, Meeting Rooms and Private Day Offices can be booked by the hour. In addition, Private Offices, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Baltimore has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Perfect Office Solutions.
