I love the space. The staff is very easy to communicate with. I love the fact that the building is secure. Its always clean and quiet. The management is responsive. I enjoy running my business there. I can't wait to upgrade to a larger suite as I grow!

I started out using Perfect Office as my virtual office through a different company to pick up my mail. Once I saw this location in person, I was impressed and scheduled a tour. I loved how clean it was, and the receptionist was very professional. I decided to rent my suite there and have been very satisfied with my decision. My clients are greeted as they walk in and assisted to my suite if needed. I've been here for about 6 months and love it. Lise is an awesome property manager. She makes sure we're ok and all of our needs are met. She recently brought on a new receptionist who is awesome as well. She's very professional and helps Lise keep everything running smooth. Perfect Office is a great place for small businesses to start with or keep as a forever home. Our rent is reasonable along with the cleanliness and professional services, it can't be beat. I'll be running my business from here until my business gets bigger and needs more space. I love it here and will continue to refer other small businesses to rent here as well.
At Fort Washington, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. In addition, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Fort Washington has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Perfect Office Solutions.
