• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Friendship Heights? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Friendship Heights has you covered. Meeting Rooms and Day Offices are available by the hour. But you can book Meeting Rooms, Private Offices and Open Desk Coworkings for an entire day. Additionally, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  With a monthly membership, Friendship Heights offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only. 

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Carr Workplaces.
