I have rented from Mid-Atlantic Properties at two of their locations over the past few years. They are by far the best landlord I have had in my ten years of renting office space. Their professionalism, generosity, attention to detail, friendliness, responsiveness and solution-oriented mindset is like the old-fashioned customer service that is so often lacking these days. They are immediately responsive to any building issue I’ve had. They keep their grounds well-manicured, and their buildings inside and out are clean and well-maintained. Every staff member from groundskeepers, building maintenance, leasing associates, property management and administration have been genuinely friendly and responsive to any questions and needs. I also have appreciated how the leasing staff has considered what my particular office needs would be, from location to room details, that I hadn’t even thought of myself! I highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Properties for your office needs.
