An employee, a bald man, made eye contact with me while I was waiting to be helped and walked away. I felt unwelcome. After a minute of standing, I also heard what sounded like someone being yelled at. In general, the atmosphere was weird. I eventually left without being helped.

I recently held a 1-day BNI Mega Meeting at the Haven Towson location. I could not have asked for a more perfect venue. Ramin and his staff from day one were extremely helpful in the planning process and the day of was no exception. They were there every step of the way and our event was flawless from the set-up, to the additional signage to direct guests from the parking, and Haven day of staff helping to greet and guide guests. I look forward to our next event in September and future events i n Overlea!
