Lauren, Bree and the team were amazing to work with! The team was extremely responsive, kind and so helpful. They went the extra mile to assist us with our video shoot - hanging wall art, extended our space time (day of), providing additional extension cords - the list goes on. Again, many thanks. We look forward to working with you all in the future.

We recently rented space at Serendipity Labs for a video shoot and Lauren, and her team could not have been more helpful or accommodating. They took the time to understand the spaces we would need to accomplish the look that we were looking for and put together a plan that fit within the budget we had. I could not recommend them more.

I would give zero stars if I could. Lauren Stipp and Bree Garcia are part of the management team, and they have been extremely unprofessional. When I signed up for a virtual office address it was days before my father went into the hospital and was put on a ventilator. I honestly forget about signing up due to this family emergency and did not read the entire contract (small print). And we have never met in person. When the payment was processed on their end the autodraft from my business banking credit/debit card was labeled as fraud by my bank, and my card was denied/declined/ When I went to pay the invoice a few days later there was a $35 fee due to the payment not being able to be processed. I have expressed how I felt this was unfair and that I would like to cancel my membership since I had not completed all of the paperwork. The contract was signed but the Post Office paperwork proving who I am has not been completed. In December several emails were shared between the three of us. I have attached a screenshot for public viewing of Lauren sharing the company policy. This feels like a lot of drama over a 6 month contract for an $89 a month virtual office membership. If you read the email you can see that they have threatened collections proceedings if I don't pay the $89. I feel like this escalated very quickly with both Lauren and Bree being more concerned about getting paid than why I was frustrated and wanted to cancel my membership. It really is sad that this is how business is executed on their end, with absolutely no empathy or gray area at all. It looks like I am going to be sent to collections because of ego vs any other reason.

Our group loved having our event at Serendipty Labs recently! It was a fantastic space for our Digital Women KC Networking event and Lauren Stipp and her team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. We are extremely appreciative of the ability to utilize the space and even happier that the event went off without a hitch and we had a fantastic turn out. Easy to find, easy to get up to the location and simple to set up/navigate while there. Would HIGHLY recommend this location and this team!! Thanks again!!

At Serendipity Labs - Overland Park, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Serendipity Labs.
