Our group loved having our event at Serendipty Labs recently! It was a fantastic space for our Digital Women KC Networking event and Lauren Stipp and her team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. We are extremely appreciative of the ability to utilize the space and even happier that the event went off without a hitch and we had a fantastic turn out. Easy to find, easy to get up to the location and simple to set up/navigate while there. Would HIGHLY recommend this location and this team!! Thanks again!!

As the owner of SkyFox Media Co., having my office at Serendipity Labs has been a huge asset for my photo and video work. From a creative standpoint, the space is incredibly camera-friendly: lots of natural light, clean modern design, and a variety of backgrounds—from lounges to glass offices to open work areas. It’s easy to capture professional 1080 video and stills here without dragging in a ton of extra gear. The location is also a big plus: quick access from the highway and covered parking so clients and gear come in dry and comfortable, no matter the weather. As a coworking office, it’s also a great place to host people. The range of meeting rooms—from small huddle rooms to larger conference spaces—makes it easy to match the room to the client. The conference rooms and TVs are perfect for displaying photo galleries, virtual tours, and presentation decks; it feels more like a polished studio/client environment than a generic office. Serendipity Labs has been an ideal home base for SkyFox Media—both as a day-to-day workspace and as a professional setting to showcase client work.

Serendipity Labs has become my favorite workspace in Kansas City. The space is always clean, quiet, and professional, and the covered parking is a huge plus on rainy or snowy days. There’s always fresh coffee, and my clients genuinely love coming here—it makes meetings feel more intentional and elevated. What’s surprised me most is how much this place has expanded my network. Between the people working here and the events they host, I’ve made connections I never would have made on my own. Bree, Lauren, and Becky go out of their way to make sure we’re taken care of. They’re consistently friendly, attentive, and on top of anything we need. It really feels like they care about the people working here, not just filling desks. Highly recommend Serendipity Labs if you’re looking for a positive, professional workspace with a great community.

When I walked into the lobby area, I was greeted with a smile. Bree made me feel super comfortable. She told me where to find the restrooms, answered all of my questions and offered to help in any way she could. She was pleasant and professional. That's the perfect combination for an exceptional experience. The space was bright and pleading to the eye. Our meeting room was perfect. Great people! Great place!

At Serendipity Labs - Overland Park, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Serendipity Labs.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
