White-glove service, a personal touch, a comfortable at-home environment, creative energy, and worry-free technology—those are the first things that come to mind when I think about our experience at Training Umbrella. I lead a product management team, and we used Training Umbrella to conduct customer research with members of our community. The space was perfect for our needs. We were able to interview participants in one room while our team observed from another, test digital product concepts, gather feedback, and learn an incredible amount in just a few days. What truly sets Training Umbrella apart is the people. The owner genuinely loves what he does. He’s an excellent listener, deeply customer-focused, and willing to get creative to accommodate your needs. At the same time, his experience and professionalism make everything feel effortless. Chances are, if you’re trying to do something unique, he’s already helped another team do it successfully. Clare was also fantastic. She welcomed our guests, handled logistics seamlessly, and made sure everything ran smoothly so our team could stay focused on the research rather than the details. The environment itself is a huge advantage. It’s colorful, fun, welcoming, and full of personality. It’s not another bland conference room you’re counting the minutes to leave. The space helped our team relax, collaborate, generate ideas, and think creatively together. There is plenty of room, great accommodations, and top-notch technology that simply works. The location is convenient, with lots of nearby options for catering, coffee, and team meals. Training Umbrella played a meaningful role in the success of our workshop. We learned a tremendous amount, had a great experience as a team, and left with customer insights that would have been difficult to uncover in a traditional meeting space. Those learnings will directly influence the product strategy for a new offering we’re building. We will absolutely be back, and I’ll be recommending Training Umbrella to anyone looking for a professional, customer-focused research and workshop space.

The staff was very helpful. Check-in was very easy. The process followed match the process described when I signed up to take a proctored exam at this site. They followed the very strict proctoring guideline of the company that sponsored the exam. The test environment was quiet and conducive for taking an exam. The computer program for taking the exam was smooth and free of glitches. It was an ideal test taking environment! The manager of the site was very friendly.

We absolutely LOVE Training Umbrella! We’ve hosted two business meetings there so far, and after our experiences, we honestly can’t imagine using another venue in the future. The staff is incredible: professional, kind, accommodating, and genuinely easy to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that you have exactly what you need. The facility itself is fantastic: super easy to access, tons of parking, and beautifully designed meeting rooms that come fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. And if something happens to be missing, they’ll find it for you in no time! The themed rooms are such a fun touch and really make the experience unique. And the catering? AMAZING. Seriously so good. Huge thank you to Clare and Jason for everything you’ve done for us so far. We can’t wait to host our next meeting with you!
