Toilet and other plumbing, as well as A/C and other other issues have been present since moving in 6 MONTHS AGO. Cannot get anyone to reply to calls, texts or messages on their platform “TenantCloud,” but they sure are able to take my full rent every month when I’ve only been able to use my toilet in the master bath (that shower and sink are unusable) and the shower and sink in the other (they still haven’t fixed the toilet). I have plenty of screenshots of me begging since the week we moved in for them to come fix these problems, and they still haven’t. Do not ever do business with them. It’s a mess to have to get lawyers involved over negligent landlords.

Apartment seemed ok til I got moved in. My kitchen sink leaked into the downstairs neighbors kitchen for the whole time I was there. He wouldn’t fix my ac which was allowing both up stairs apartments to be well over 90 degrees. Finally got them to come when I threatened to call and ac repair myself. And charge them. I have them30 days notice (not in contract anymore). And moved. It’s been 60 days since the notice. And I still haven’t gotten the deposit or the extra month rent. I will be suing if I don’t get it today. Don’t rent from him.

This man is a bad man to rent or by from my son in law and my daughter are buying this house and he bought the morgage for ten dollars and he hasn't had it for a month and he been here four times pounding on the door now I'm in a wheelchair and he started demanding his money from me and than he lied and said i threatened to shoot him if he didn't leave the property i have three witnesses who heard the whole thing he is no good people please don't rent or buy from this guy
