When I was going to ship back my T-Mobile Home Internet modem back to T-Mobile with the return label that T-Mobile have provided for me late last month. The lady was being rude and told me I have to pay for my own box no I told her well T-Mobile told me that I shouldn't have to pay for anything to ship it back. And you have a lady says up to her and she canceled the charge.
