I had one experience. So I am not sure if this is true every time. Kindly reconsider (if this happens consistently) your booking strategies. I was asking if I could do a walk in over and over (I didn't care about waiting) and was aggressively pressured in terms of the person wanting me to schedule. (there is a cancellation fee). I told him over and over I wasn't sure. He kept pressuring me. Finally I was so stressed I hung up apologizing before. I e-mailed him explaining what I saw, and he made an excuse stating he didn't want me to have to wait with a walk-in. I had told him prior I didn't care about waiting, and I didn't want to be charged a cancellation fee because I didn't know about my ability to commit. It was anxiety-provoking. And it comes across as financial predation. It really was disrespectful. And he was basically cornering me knowing that I did not want to commit and couldn't make a commitment due to lack of knowledge about my schedule.

Our estate planning law firm, Randall & Bryant, PC, has been using the Nexus Impact Center for the past two years to host workshops and group client meetings. Traver and the team at Nexus are so helpful and have clear and efficient communication. The space is excellent for hosting our events and we appreciate the positive team and wonderful accommodations. This was my first time recording my podcast at the Nexus impact center. I was truly impressed with the room and the kindness of Traver during this difficult time. I would definitely recommend you booking a tour to see all the rooms they offer. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again Nexus impact center, I will be booking again soon.

We recently hosted a 2-day event at Nexus, and everything went smoothly from start to finish! Traver was fantastic to work with and provided excellent communication leading up to the event, ensuring all our needs were met. The venue itself was perfect for our event, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Nexus for anyone looking to host an event!

Nexus Impact Center operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.
