I had one experience. So I am not sure if this is true every time. Kindly reconsider (if this happens consistently) your booking strategies. I was asking if I could do a walk in over and over (I didn't care about waiting) and was aggressively pressured in terms of the person wanting me to schedule. (there is a cancellation fee). I told him over and over I wasn't sure. He kept pressuring me. Finally I was so stressed I hung up apologizing before. I e-mailed him explaining what I saw, and he made an excuse stating he didn't want me to have to wait with a walk-in. I had told him prior I didn't care about waiting, and I didn't want to be charged a cancellation fee because I didn't know about my ability to commit. It was anxiety-provoking. And it comes across as financial predation. It really was disrespectful. And he was basically cornering me knowing that I did not want to commit and couldn't make a commitment due to lack of knowledge about my schedule.

Our estate planning law firm, Randall & Bryant, PC, has been using the Nexus Impact Center for the past two years to host workshops and group client meetings. Traver and the team at Nexus are so helpful and have clear and efficient communication. The space is excellent for hosting our events and we appreciate the positive team and wonderful accommodations.
