This place used to be nice but it’s just not luxury anymore , when I would come the tables would be greasy and dirty , never any snacks left , dirty toilets when I would visit in the morning , the daybeds have fluid stains on them , it’s a very weird experience because it seems nice at first , but once you start to really settle in it’s not maintained well. I ended up cancelling my membership and they keep your deposit without one month notice but it’s not like the deposits are being used to make repairs or improvements . Not to mention the same space that we pay a membership for they rent out for private events multiple times a week and let us know the main canteen area will be off limits to members.

I had a productive workday here as a guest. I appreciated the bag storage, outdoor space, and lunch delivery. I would totally work from here again when I’m in Chicago.

Edit: The management is terrible and I've had so many bad experiences with this place that I'm forced to edit my 5 star review. I was charged twice 40 days after canceling my membership. I had to file disputes to get them. They didn't even reply to my email. State of the art library and coworking space!I've taken The Side Hustlers plan which is prefect for after-office studies. The shower, pantry, rooms are all kept clean and filled up frequently. You have access to printing, stationary, snacks, beverages, conference rooms, the hotel's wellness centre, etc. You can bring in guests for meetings too. Highly recommended to try if you want a library or Coworking space that's open 24x7!

Favorite co-working space. The vibe is much more warm and inviting than the many others we've tried. Even if you don't cowork enough to spring for a membership, the day pass is well worth it. Assortment of healthy snacks as well as less healthy treats for when you need some energy, and they have sparkling water on tap (plus the usual teas and coffees). The lockers to lock up your laptop and go out for lunch are great. Only thing I would improve is adding more outlets to the outdoor rooftop patio and to the larger table in the kitchen area. You can always plug in elsewhere (it's never so crowded to the point you can't work anywhere with an outlet), but it's nice to enjoy the fresh air when you can, or sit at a table with more supportive chairs. A few months ago I would say that the phone call rooms were not soundproof enough, but they recently renovated and upgraded to a fancy modular phone booth solution and the new booths are fantastic. The employees are kind and welcoming and always happy to help. 10/10
