I am a tenant in this building and it is not a good building. I have had an ongoing issue with the HVAC.And it has not been corrected despite multiple requests. The building manager told me if I didn't like it.I could leave. It is expensive to up and move and the attitude is dismissive in poor. When you look at this building note the noise level the in the hall wsys .Because it is not worth the money that they charge. I am there every day.Feel free to ask me but management won't allow you to speak to me.

I am a tenant at H2 Huron Hub and cannot emphasize enough how much my fellow coworkers and I love this space! The environment is clean, welcoming, and continuously improving. A huge shoutout to Gil, the property manager, who has been nothing short of exceptional. Anytime an issue or concern arises, he provides swift resolutions with professionalism and care. His dedication to maintaining and transforming this space into a top-tier work environment is truly commendable. With quick responses and even quicker actions, Gil goes above and beyond for his tenants. If you're looking for a well-managed, beautiful workspace, H2 Huron Hub is the place to be! Highly recommend!

I felt very welcomed on the tour with Gil through the space! Love the versatility of the offices - great location, great natural light, and overall a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Gil even set up the spaces to show how differently each can be used depending on the business. Highly highly recommend booking a tour with Gil and making this your workspace!
