The rooms are fine, but the customer service is utterly atrocious. It’s impossible to get a hold of anybody. I was attempting to cancel a booking for a week ahead of time, and continuously got placed on hold and the issue was never resolved. Then I received an invoice for a room that I got absolutely no confirmation on (therefore, assuming it was never booked), called immediately to try to resolve the issue, and once again got put on hold, message taken, and no further communication until I was charged. Do not give this company any account info; they have no idea what they are doing.
They try to steal money from my credit card monthly. I stopped using their office mid-April. They keep charging me every month, now even for August. I left multiple messages on their website, even talked to 2 live persons. What kind of business is this? Do i really have to get the court involved to have this resolved. Funny thing is i filed chargebacks disputes with my card company, and they dont care about paying the fees over and over! The thing is that i dont want to waste my life on this crap. Get your dumb business workflow/website fixed!

Jim & Bridget, the owners, are fantastic people, who have a heart to serve others. Extremely professional and kind, you'll feel right at home with the atmosphere they created. Many amenities such as Electrolyte water, freshly brewed coffee & teas, and I can't forget the plentiful snacks! You'll feel like royalty, they even have a bidet! If you ever need anything, Colin, the manager, will do anything to help you! I truly miss working from there, luckily for me, my company built an office next door, so I stop in and say hi all the time! I'm sure you'll feel comfortable here, give them a call to schedule the tour!
