I was a tenant here for two years and occupied two different suites during that time. I left both suites in clean, good condition, with the second suite left in better condition than how I received it. When I moved into the second suite, it had damaged flooring from the prior tenant, which I repaired myself. I always paid rent on time, never caused issues, and communicated concerns appropriately with management. Unfortunately, after giving a slightly shorter notice, my entire security deposit was withheld. I knew the same thing had happened to the tenant before me. I was also aware that their $600 deposit was never used to repair the flooring or walls before I moved in(or while I was a tenant) so in hindsight, I suppose I shouldn’t have expected a different outcome. While I genuinely appreciate Jen and her kindness, the overall treatment of tenants when they leave feels dismissive and disappointing. This was especially difficult given the timing during the holidays - Christmas is next week, when that deposit would have made a meaningful difference. Not to mention they already have someone moved into the suite. So truly they could do something. I’m saddened to write this review, as I truly hoped there would be understanding and fairness, particularly considering the condition of the suite when I moved in and the care I took to leave it improved when I left. Treating tenants with fairness and respect; especially at the end of a lease - reflects good business practices

I’m a new client to Marietta Office Suites and I can say the Customer Service from the Manager was A+. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer them all. I went to see the location, and was happy with the setup. The setup is great for a startup business or if you just need to rent a spot to have your own Commercial Suite#.
