I've been renting a small office suite here for a few weeks now and it's been a great experience so far. The location on the Marietta Square is fantastic — an easy walk to the courthouse, shops, and restaurants, and there's plenty of parking in the assigned lot, which isn't always a given at the square. The staff at the front desk have been friendly and quick to help whenever I've needed something. Would recommend if you're looking for office space in the Marietta area. UPDATED 8/13/26: We have a water dispenser in the building I am renting in. I asked for it to be refilled and was told that the next delivery comes in September. The only other place to get water in the office is from the bathroom sink, which has a short faucet. I asked for some consideration on this point and was told I need to bring my own water in. As a result of this experience, I have changed my rating to a single star.
