My construction law firm has officed here for over a year in the West Palm Beach location and recently renewed for two additional years. There are several other law firms in this office. There are various packages for different price points and needs. I have a separate, locked office. You have 24/7 access to the building. The environment is professional. Any repairs are usually made within a few days. The common areas are clean. The office is usually quiet. Custodial staff empties trash five times a week. Prior to renting here, I checked out Regus and Office Evolution. W Executive Suites seemed to fit my needs compared to the other competitors.

I highly recommend the W Executive Suites in West Palm Beach. As a former tenant in the Town of Palm Beach for the past 30+ years, traffic and parking were becoming increasingly difficult. What used to take 10-15 minutes to drive to work was, more often than not, taking 30-45 minutes. I was literally wasting hours a day stuck in traffic when I could otherwise be productive. W Executive Suites is conveniently located on the corner of Belvedere Road and Australian Avenue within the Embassy Suites Hotel property. Our offices encompass the entire 3rd floor of the East wing which give a great feeling of prestige and professionalism to my law practice. Amenities include a contemporary reception area, two conference rooms, a lunch area with a coffee bar, and an outside hallway lounge area that overlooks the Hotel lobby area and is equipped with WiFi. The principals (landlord) and receptionist are professional and super easy to deal with. We have free common area parking. We are 1-2 minutes from an I-95 entrance ramp and very convenient to both downtown West Palm Beach and the Town of Palm Beach. For the first time in a very long time, I actually look forward to going to work in the mornings!

W executive Suites has been an amazing space and environment to work from. From day one Valerie has been amazing :-) , Highly recommend. Everyone is very professional and friendly, offices are clean and modern. I enjoy being part of the W executive Suites community!
