Beware of deceptive leasing practices. Your Industrious lease contract will state the term of the lease (IE six months) relatively clearly, while a fine print footnote says that they will treat the fixed term lease as a month to month contract with minimum two months notice to cancel. This is illegal and unenforceable under both NY and Florida laws, but the staff aren’t aware of that. The membership manager (Lindsey) will make it extremely difficult for you cancel by ignoring your emails for weeks and then finally responding expressing regret at your wish to leave and hopes to come to an “arrangement” with you. Then when you respond she waits another 1-2 weeks to get back to you. The space itself in West Palm is beautiful with a great view, but promises about keeping the fridge and snack areas fully stocked also fall short. My member fridge had a few aging Chobanis in them (which I was presumably paying a rent premium for) and nothing more.

Great place to work. Very clean, the staff is kind and what stood out for me is that they don’t use any toxic air fresheners in the office building where I get headaches from. I wish more places would be like this.
