So, walked in prior to opening in November just to see what they had going. Once I met the community manager and heard the vision of the space, it was a natural for me as my relationships start in Tarpon Springs. I am at the pulse of Tarpon Springs and I can pridefully host clients at my office or next door at Unrefined Roots.

COhatch Tarpon Springs is more than just a coworking space—it’s a community. The pictures online honestly don’t do it justice; the space is stunning in person, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. What really sets it apart, though, is the Community Manager, Cody. He’s incredibly personable and goes out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable. Thanks to him, it never feels like you're just "going into the office", it feels like you're part of something bigger. If you’re considering joining, do yourself a favor and take a tour. Once you see it in person and meet Cody, you’ll understand why so many people love working here.

Such a hidden gem of a place! While it's primarily a co-working space, it can also be used to host events. Cody (site manager) was such a wonderful and accommodating person to speak and work with! My husband and I ended up hosting our baby shower there (first event of that location!), and it was perfect. There was plenty of space to move around, set up food, favors, gifts, and a sign-in area; all without feeling crowded. Everyone had a marvelous time! Cody even put together a thoughtful goodie bag with a onesie, note, and gift card. We were so grateful! There happened to be a market event that weekend (post Easter), which made public parking a bit tricky for our guests, but aside from that, CoHatch is right in the heart of downtown Tarpon Springs!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with COhatch.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with COhatch, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
