Nice space in a good location. Wifi is solid but not the best. The pictures on the website do not resemble the hot desk coworking space at all, which was frustrating for me, but I made the mistake of not taking them up on their free day or tour to see the space first which I reccomend doing. Carolyn at the front is great. Sweet, caring, attentive and helpful. Outside of her there seems to be some serious communication issues within the team. There's a "setup fee" that is almost as much as the first month membership that they hide well until you are ready to pay. Not a fan of that. They also sent me zero information of how to get into the building after signing up. Overall the place is quiet and it's a solid place to work, it was also one of the few coworking spaces that provided 24/7 access with their coworking membership which is the biggest reason I went with them.

I called and spoke with Stephen to inquire about renting office space directly from Expansive and not a third party. He was knowledgeable and set us up right away for a tour. Carolyn was the first person we met during our visit of the office space. She was kind and very welcoming. While waiting on our tour, she explained some of the events that are hosted each month. Then Jocelyn’s upbeat personality sold us on working with Expansive. The office space is truly beautiful and the process of getting set up was so easy. Honestly it was easier than I expected. Between Jocelyn and Carolyn, my set up was complete in less than a week. It was such an easy process. I look forward to attending some of Carolyn's community events as well. Thanks to the Expansive team for all of the help!

New to Expansive and this place has been top notch. Great downtown location, very clean/well maintained and modern. Carolyn and Jocelyn are so welcoming and helpful and they go above and beyond to make everything perfect. Highly recommend getting a space for your business. Not just an office, but a community.

Great work environment! I toured several coworking and private office spaces before making my decision, and Expansive stood out from the rest. Carolyn and Jocelyn are awesome... both incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. The pricing is very competitive compared to other options in the area, and the overall atmosphere is excellent. I would highly recommend Expansive to anyone looking for a productive and professional workspace.
