I’ve used several shared workspaces during my travels around the world, and Expansive St. Pete is truly top notch. The space is professional, comfortable, well maintained, and offers excellent amenities. The location is also fantastic, with several great dining options just a short walk away. What really sets Expansive St. Pete apart, though, is the service. A special thank you to Carolyn and Jocelyn. They pay attention to the small details, are always responsive and welcoming, and consistently go out of their way to make the experience exceptional. It’s obvious they genuinely enjoy the work they do and care about the people they support. Thank you again to Carolyn, Jocelyn, and the entire Expansive St. Pete team for creating such a great place to work.

We’ve used Expansive - St. Pete for almost a year now, specifically their virtual office option. While we don’t visit the office daily, I’ve been wildly satisfied with the level of service we’ve received from them, especially from Carolyn at the front desk. Carolyn has been incredibly responsive when mail arrives, proactive in communicating with us, and very accommodating whenever the occasional mail-related issue crops up. When you’re using a virtual office and aren’t physically there every day, having someone you can trust to communicate quickly and help when needed makes a huge difference. Carolyn has consistently made us feel supported and confident in our decision to use Expansive. On the rare occasions we do need to reserve an office and meet with clients in person, the space has always been clean, professional, and exactly the type of environment we’re comfortable bringing clients into. Overall, Expansive - St. Pete has been a great fit for our business, and Carolyn’s level of service is a big reason why. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable virtual office or professional workspace in St. Pete.

Offices were clean, wifi was fast, Carolyn was always available to help with anything.

Hosted my 11 person team meeting here. Carolyn and here team were so hospitable and welcoming!! Very clean with many different options for working spaces.
