I love this co-working space! I’ve been at this location since May, and everyone is always so nice. The staff are friendly, they always have little events such as empanadas, vendors, pizza, one time there was flan. It’s nice because I work alone and we are all separate entities but they still will do a little something for us all in the co-working space which is sweet. They provide free coffee and tea and it is always available which is great for me on the days I need to stay late. The bathrooms are always clean because Sandra is always working so hard and making sure the areas are all clean. Sandra is also very nice and friendly and always asks me how my day is going. If the internet goes down, an elevator breaks, the issues are always reported on the app we have that keeps us in the loop for what goes on in the building and the issues get resolved relatively quickly. You get set up with a few apps that help you be able to grant access to visitors, stay in the loop and your access to the facility and its areas which is nice. The app to allow guests to be swiped in is very useful for deliveries or visitors. The management is quick to act if there is a complaint or a concern which is reassuring. There has been less than five times since I’ve been here that maybe someone was a bit too loud on my floor but overall, the other people in the other offices are not too loud and mostly keep to themselves which is great. They have phone booths, a breast feeding/pumping room, a printer/scanner (with little cost to use), free WiFi, a lounge area, a community refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink, ice maker and water fountains on every floor. They have cups, utensils and plates for you to borrow which is super convenient because there are days that I forget my utensil or my water cup and I have to borrow some. I value my privacy aswell and I am allowed to put up some curtains to keep that privacy which is also very appreciated.
The only reason why I didn’t give five stars is because the parking for the parking lot is pretty pricey for a whole month which is why I opt for street parking, and finding street parking can take sometimes an hour for me to find because it is a very busy location. However, I feel because of the location the prices can be considered normal. There has also been a few times that people have came to my office by slipping in when someone leaves or enters and gave me a bit of trouble but I don’t know how that can relatively be managed better. Another thing is that the AC is sometimes super cold, and I bring two blankets to bundle up at work and it still isn’t enough sometimes BUT id rather be cold than hot so I’m not sure how much of a con that is and that can be solved by possibly bringing a mini heater. (I also think I get colder than most people).
Overall, being at expansive has been a nice experience.
