If you use this space to record any audio, video or podcasting, do not take their recommendation to use Miami Sound Rental. I am listening to the audio of my recording and it's horrible. I wasted almost $2k to book the studio and Miami Sound and now I have to re-record the entire episode. I wish i had a better recommendation but definitely don't use Miami Sound Rental. Staff is great though, only reason I gave them 2 stars. I would've given them more if it wasn't for the horrible rec.

Nice space and awesome they do day passes but the smell they added to the space is really terrible (they read this review and turned it off for the day which is very thoughtful) - some loose outlets

However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Ampersand Studios.
