Rented a private office there briefly and would rent again. Clean, quick responses via email, lots of snacks and coffee, use of a quality printer, and fast internet. I would rarely see or hear other people. For the most part it was quiet. Only thing is that it's an older building so you'll hear people talking and walking around when they are there - if that matters to your business.

BUYER BEWARE… My business PREVIOUSLY rented here. The trash is always full. The toner for the printer has been out for 2 weeks. The paper towel dispenser is constantly jammed in the bathroom. When you voice your concerns via email (because you will never meet or see anyone who works here) you are responded with an email that lists every violation you have ever committed and threatened to have your membership terminated. I am afraid to email them because I don’t want to be yelled at or threatened. If my membership gets terminated following this posting, I suppose we know why. ***UPDATE ONE - THE DAY AFTER I SUBMITTED THIS REVIEW - MY MEMBERSHIP WAS TERMINATED FOR “ABUSE OF POLICY” *** UPDATE TWO - BUYER BEWARE, some of the reviews are from management. Response to their reply… I complained about several issues. 1) toilet paper dispensers not working in either bathroom. 2) trash over flowing (separate incident from the picture); 3) no toner in printer. I offered my companies services because it seemed that the company they were paying was not doing a good job. My review has had such an impact on their business they have had to retaliate against me further. Notice how all the “good” reviews followed my 1 star review. I’m telling you - if you complain about stuff, you will be attacked and eventually kicked out. They mention me not paying my membership fee, I didn’t want to pay because my concerns were not being addressed. As soon as they were addressed, I paid up in full. This isn’t a small family owned business it’s owned by a major real estate company. Don’t let these morons fool you.

I work remotely for a company based in California and work all hours of the night when a project deadline is approaching. This space has been incredible for me and the owners have been super accommodating to my changing needs! Thank you!

I have been renting an office here since they opened in 2019. I've been very pleased with the affordable clean space. The building stays quiet during the day and the cleaners come through every week. Sometimes after an event, the trash can in the kitchen fills up but the cleaners are quick to address this. Coffee, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are all a two minute walk from the office too!

Nobody answer, I stop by twice and knock the door and nobody was there, I dont see why to have a business like that if you dont even sell your space. I tried multiple contacts and nothing works.
