While the team demonstrated solid technical knowledge and was able to document the technical aspects of my project, my overall experience was disappointing. I often felt that my project was treated as another engineering task rather than a long-term venture with broader business and product goals. Communication was one of the biggest challenges. The team appeared to be stretched too thin to provide the level of attention and collaboration I expected. Discussions tended to focus on immediate technical deliverables rather than the overall vision, future roadmap, or how current design decisions would support long-term scalability. As a founder, I was looking for a true engineering partner who would help connect the technical work to the bigger picture, and that was largely missing. If you have a clearly defined project with detailed specifications and simply need engineering work completed, they may be a reasonable fit. However, founders looking for strategic collaboration, proactive guidance, and a partner invested in the long-term success of their product may find the experience frustrating.

I came specifically for Ativa Insurance for Homes & commercial insurance. End up serving in car insurance, home and my company insurance.
