The conference rooms are always available, well equipped, and fully set up with the technology you need for a successful business meeting. And on the rare occasion a room isn’t available, the management team always finds the best possible solution to ensure your meeting can still take place without disruption. The staff also takes care of the details that make a big difference: when you’re hosting business meetings, they bring coffee and water to your guests so you can focus entirely on your work. They handle the logistics so members can confidently take care of business. The kitchen and cafeteria areas are spacious, spotless, and always well stocked. The management team does an outstanding job creating a sense of camaraderie and collaboration among members, making Brickell and Fort Lauderdale truly unique within the Pipeline network. Highly recommended.

Moving to this location and floor is great, from the ambience here , to the kindness of the JV & Fabi , it makes me feel more confident on having an office here for my company . 10/10 , very exceptional.

Recently acquired a shared space for my company and JV & Fabi are so exceptional and kind. They helped me out a lot . My daughter Destiny , is mostly there and stated that their work ethic and nice attitude makes her feel safe and comfortable . The atmosphere , the views , the color and lighting fixtures makes this place great for work . . If i can give 10/10 on here i would do so. Any business will like to be here .
