Best coworking space in town

Really nice coworking space! The location has a good vibe, plenty of space to work, and everything is well maintained. The staff is also really nice and helpful.

My employer rents an office for me and my attorney boss at Pipeline Ft. Lauderdale, and I am extremely satisfied with the environment and customer service they provide. Both JV and Angie are extremely kind, very friendly, professional and always willing to assist. Angie goes beyond the call of duty and voluntarily assisted me with moving the equipment from my original office to another space I transferred to. I admire her so much as she has a strong work ethic and takes her job very seriously for being such a young lady. The environment is very interesting as you will encounter people that work in a variety of fields such as legal, finance, technology, arts, entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations. The entire floor has a unique décor, an awesome maritime design – not the usual stuffy corporate look. The views of downtown Ft. Lauderdale are amazing. It has a modern design with lots of natural lighting throughout, so even if you rent an office without a window like mine, you won’t feel confined. They provide free Starbucks coffee and specialty teas. I would recommend anyone consider renting a space in Pipeline to do so without hesitation.

Nice setup they have. It's in the One Financial Plaza building. Location is really good especially for residents of Coasterra (they have the easiest commute) and the cool kids club upstairs. Very close to everything, restaurants Publix, downtown. I liked their coffee experiment with aminos and herbs. I appreciate staff being easy to work with and no aggressive sales pressure.

I have nothing but good things to say. Definitely coming back and recommending! Angie was kind enough to explain the different memberships to me. Overall the space is a great vibe and in a great area. :)
