We been leasing an office space here since February 2025, and the experience has been so great. The building is well-maintained, and offers great amenities such as a gym, secure entry, on-site parking, and a kitchen. This quiet space is tucked away off Boca Rio road. The management team is professional and responsive — any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. The receptionist Dee, is available for assistance with a friendly welcoming face and energy every day. The location is also a major plus — it’s easily accessible via the turnpike, with plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants for client meetings or team lunches. I would highly recommend this space to any small business or startup looking for a reliable and professional office environment.

BEST PLACE TO WORK. Very clean and Dee at the front desk is very helpful. Full gym is great for a qick workout at lunch. Amazing office!!!!
