Terrible experience with Regus. Hidden fees everywhere, and the service is consistently poor. What starts off seeming reasonable quickly turns extremely expensive compared to what they actually disclose. Definitely not worth it.

I would not recommend Regus based on my experience. What initially seemed like a convenient and professional office solution quickly turned into a frustrating and overpriced commitment. The biggest issue is the lack of transparency and the terrible customer support. There are multiple hidden fees that are not clearly explained upfront, and the final cost ends up being significantly higher than expected. It feels misleading, especially when you’re trying to budget for your business. The internet service is another major downside — slow, unreliable, and absolutely not what you would expect from a company positioning itself as a premium workspace provider. For the price you’re paying, basic things like stable Wi-Fi should not be an issue. On top of that, the overall value just isn’t there. It’s extremely expensive for what you actually get, and customer service has been disappointing when trying to resolve concerns. Overall, between the hidden costs, poor internet, and lack of transparency, this has been a very frustrating experience. I would strongly suggest exploring other coworking or office space options before committing here.

Absolutely terrible experience with Regus. DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!! They lure you in with convenience, then hit you with outrageous hidden fees on the way out. They will impose extremely high restoration" fees for minimal rooms as standard practice that was never disclosed. Please be aware, they will scam you with these hidden fees. Also, the internet is TERRIBLE. What makes it worse is the condition of the office when we moved in: it was dirty, not properly maintained, and we had to bring our own furniture and even buy cleaning supplies just to make it usable. Yet somehow, they claim it needs “restoration” at our expense. This feels extremely misleading and overpriced for what you actually get. Would not recommend to anyone

Booked a meeting room and a tour. Long drive to get there. Person at front desk looked "put out" to talk to me, knew nothing about the room, wouldn't let me see it and didn't know the size. Wasted time. Had to cancel and scramble to find another solution. No human on any emails impossible to find a manager. Typical Regus BS. Avoid.

Very inconsistent and disappointing experience I’ve used Regus locations many times and never had an issue until I visited the Glades Road office in Boca Raton. The staff here seemed to treat people based on mood or who you are, which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and unpredictable. There’s clearly an attitude problem at this specific location. One moment you're welcomed, the next you're being told to leave without any real explanation. It’s not about policy, it’s about how people are treated. I won’t be returning to this office and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and respectful environment.
