I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Regus, across multiple locations. From the very beginning of my engagement, I have experienced consistent issues with being overcharged. Most recently, after switching locations, I received an unexpected bill. I have attempted to contact this location to discuss and resolve this discrepancy, however, the responses I have received indicate a clear lack of careful reading and listening, as my emails are frequently not addressed in their entirety. I have now received an automated legal notice demanding payment within five days before legal action is taken. I want to be clear that I am prepared to pursue all necessary avenues to address these issues. Given these ongoing problems with overcharging and the consistent breakdown in communication, I will never again sign on with Regus in any location. The communication has been consistently terrible, and it appears there is a complete lack of care regarding client concerns. For anyone considering be cautious they're affordable at times, but not worth a headache. Certainly if you sign on with this company, make sure you have all your documentations and do everything in writing. This company currently needs to refund me some money from a different location and because I removed my credit card due to being consistently overcharged a month after month they are now requesting it back in order to refund me some of that money but I am so concerned with giving them my credit card again that I will just take the loss. UPDATE *** Beware… I am still currently fighting being inappropriately charged for a retainer fee that I was never made aware of and even when I became aware of the fine print on my own eventually I had to remove my car temporarily due to being overcharged and they still wanna charge me for that, even though they never dealt with the issue! They have threatened to report me to the credit bureau in litigation multiple times. Info to know: There are consumer lawsuits and class actions historically and as recently as 2024 that involve Regus / Regus Management Group / IWG — particularly over billing, auto-renewals, and contract issues. Those sorts of cases are the exact type of context that could make a class-action lawyer interested in new similar claims. 2. Regus appears to respond to consumer complaints in a standard way (threaten collections / credit reporting / litigation) — a common business practice to collect disputed balances. That doesn’t automatically make the charge valid; it just means you should document everything and act fast. (Consumer complaint threads and BBB listings show this pattern.)

This company is most unscrupulous. They lack professionalism and transparency. I foolishly decided to do business with them. I cannot get into all the details but after a day I could not make head or tail of exactly what they were charging me for. I tried contacting them but to no avail. I decided to end the agreement which I did. However this dishonest company keeps sending me invoices they claim I owe. After talking with them on the phone (surprisingly, they answered), they claimed that I locked in for two years so I have to pay the bill. The person I spoke to admitted that she saw where I ended the agreement but still insists that I have to continue paying. This is a wicked and conniving act to rob and swindle money from people. Why should I pay for something I no longer need and is of no use to me? They use threats of collection debts, quote: "If your account remains overdue, you will incur a late payment fee, your services will get restricted, and further steps will be taken to collect payment from you". I have no idea which service they are referring to because I no longer connected to them neither have ever done business with them other than when I paid them my money. I no longer use them, yet they are threatening me. Please be careful of your choices when you want to conduct business. Research the company and ask questions.

Spaces West Hartford and Regus West Hartford (its parent company) are two places you should be VERY careful before signing a contract with them. Despite a system that has an automated payment process, they have continuously charged external fees that are not applicable not only to me but to numerous other businesses / people who have rented a space from them. I would not recommend this space to any one or any company who is not willing to take on the headache of proving week in and week out that their bill is wrong without any real, effective support.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience Main Street and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.
