I have never encountered a more frustrating and useless customer service experience. Trying to reach someone from this company is nearly impossible. The phone number provided is nothing more than a dead-end answering service where no one ever responds. Their contact tabs, texts, and phone numbers are completely pointless—they might as well not exist. If you value your time and need real assistance, don’t bother trying to reach them. Absolutely unacceptable. I have no idea how they got the rest of their stars, but trying to reach their customer service—or anyone in their agency, for that matter—is like trying to contact an embassy in a third-world country.
