• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Office Evolution - Longmont? How about for a day or a month?

  At Office Evolution - Longmont, Long's Peak Rooms, Niwot Nooks and Day Offices can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Long's Peak Rooms and Niwot Nooks are also available.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  Office Evolution - Longmont operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly. 

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Office Evolution.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Office Evolution may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
