First, this place had plenty parking. It was super easy to book and get in with the app. We were able to book a private office for the whole day while we're in between hotels. The office itself was comfortable and perfect for what we needed. I think we had an one off situation that wasn't handled well. My husband is a therapist and needs a private space for his virtual sessions (hence why we booked here). The manager opened the door in the middle of a session and was trying to kick him out, he told her one minute (so he could sign off) and she continued to ask if we had a booking, he said yes and to please give him a minute, she kept the door open with another person looking at the office and still asked him to leave even after stating we rented the office for the whole day. He signs off, gathers his things, and comes over to me (working at the shared space) to tell me what was going on since I booked it. I go over to the receptionist desk to figure out what's going on and she halfheartedly apologized, didn't realize we booked it for the day and "was just trying to show [the man] the office because he wanted to look at it." Overall, the place itself is great but be warned, they can interrupt you in the middle of a meeting so someone can take a look at the office space. Edit: They reached out, offered a free day, and apologized for the situation. We’ll plan to come back and update this review once we’ve had that experience.

Beautiful place, exceptional staff, great facility. On very short notice, I walked in and worked here all day and I’ll be back.
