Zipdesk - Centennial

The office is slowly emptying out, I wish Zipdesk the best, but I will be searching for another location in the coming months here.

I checked out so many coworking spaces between DTC, Denver, and Littleton area. More than 10 other spaces. I was almost set on a spot and this was literally my final stop before I was ready to make a decision. I’m so glad they had one office space available that someone had just moved out of. They tend to have no vacancies which is impressive and says a lot about this coworking space. Actually tho… as of me writing this review, they have a couple vacancies at the moment, which is rare, and I think the pricing is maybe the best in the area. The office space and friendly amenities are definitely a plus here. All the clients here, including myself, really enjoy the space, so that explains why it’s usually at full capacity for the most part. I heard they are finishing a build for another coworking space less than a one minute walk away in an adjacent building, so I would reach out to them to see what that timeline is, if you have some flexibility on choosing a workspace for yourself. I was being unproductive working remotely from home, so this was a much needed change for me. Several other clients in this workspace come here for the same reason. To be more productive and to reduce the temptation of lying around in bed throwing on Netflix for a few hours during 9-5 hours… They also have free conference and meeting space available throughout the day that other coworking spaces tend to charge extra for, which is another nice perk, if you need to use one for meeting with clients or any other reason.

Aga was very accommodating, friendly and attentive. The place is clean and roomy. We may have been lucky but on a Friday it was very quiet. The rates are so reasonable, we would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

My company has been a tenant at Zipdesk for a few years. It is a fantastic place to office, including a great location and reasonable prices. It's a nice building with adequate parking, great amenities and friendly/helpful staff. I would highly recommend Zipdesk!
