DWC CoWorking is a fantastic coworking space. The managers and fellow coworkers are super friendly and easy to get along with. If you need a well equipped space that is quiet enough to concentrate, then this is the place for you. I have a home office and use several coworking spaces around town. This is the one I use when I want to be out of the house with friendly people but also need to get high focus work done.

I used DWC CoWorking for the last two years and I loved working from there! Really quiet environment to focus on projects and the staff was really nice. They have several standing desk options which was really nice so that I was not sitting 8-9hrs a day! If your are looking for a coworking place in FoCo to focus and get work done, DWC is the place!

Best co-working spot in Fort Collins and I’ve checked out a few. Friendly staff make you feel welcome, and everyone is respectful of each other’s space. Nice facilities and an even better location. DWC is a great place to work if you’re looking for a space in town.

Fantastic location, great amenities. Love that it is local and a small community. Best location in Old Town as well. Tons of easy parking. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get out of their home office and join a community.

I love my office at The DWC CoWorking space. It's a great community space on the south end of Old Town Fort Collins (just a few blocks away). The space includes everything I need: comfortable office space, a quiet phone booth to take calls and meetings, a kitchen lounge area, a conference room, and multiple bathrooms. The staff is great and accommodates my needs for my office space, which is quiet, comfortable, and convenient. On top of all that, as a member of the DWC CoWorking community, I can get discounts on the Digital Workshop Center online courses and tech-focused certifications.
DWC CoWorking has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with DWC CoWorking.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with DWC CoWorking, who is more than happy to help out.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
