Comfortable and flexible place to get work done. Other tenants are friendly, but won't talk your ear off. Amazing location downtown. You'll feel like you have a new job when you start working here!

If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable small office in Old Town, with all the ambience, you can't do better than Jefferson's Study. The space is charming, as is the man who makes it available.

I spent roughly three years renting a space at Jefferson Study and this place is truly a gem. Tucked away in old town fort collins J.Study provides an excellent working environment. Carl is a great guy, the building has tons of character, and you can expect a professional, but casual place to work remotely. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone searching for a workspace. Also, doesn't hurt that you can walk across the alley and grab a beer at the forge!!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Jefferson's Study.

  • At Jefferson's Study, Private Offices can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • With a monthly membership, Jefferson's Study offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Jefferson's Study, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
