Cahoots is a great space to work. I was in town for a few days and needed a quiet place to conduct an online class. Kevin the owner took great care of me and set me up in a private office. The doors have access pads activated by a phone app which made it super easy to come and go whenever I needed. Nice break area with coffee and beer! All the spaces were modern and clean. I highly recommend Cahoots and will be going back my next time through Fort Collins!

Best vibes of any coworking space I’ve been to. Design is on point, feels relaxed but productive. Always love my drop-in days here.

The space is awesome for any small business, or a FoCo extension to your existing business. The space works really well for you to be able to get work done. Wow the same time occasionally fostering conversations with other people who were there. The owner Kevin will sometime have social hours and where people from different offices in the building will talk and socialize. So you’ll never feel isolated working here even if you rest of your business, maybe somewhere else

Amazing place.
220 East Mulberry Street is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Cahoots Coworking Space.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Cahoots Coworking Space, who is more than happy to help out.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
