Never been treated so poorly by a front desk staff of a co-working space before. After we paid the $35 drop-in fee the front desk walked over and aggressively and loudly told us we were "Stealing" from wework by not paying. (She didn't believe us that we had already paid.) But chose very choice words when speaking to us. That's no way to treat an existing customer and potential future tenant. I'm so grateful to have had this experience before signing any agreement with them. 6 weeks later still no refund. We got up and left immediately after being treated like criminals in their lobby. boo wework! do better!
