I read the reviews before booking but needed to stay in Breck for a night and this was the best option. This is not a “4-star” hotel. This is a 2-star hotel with a great coffee shop and Restaurant. The downstairs CO hipster vibe doesn’t translate to the threadbare rundown rooms. While others complained about service we had zero issue here - everyone super nice and friendly. PSA bring earplugs it’s noisy. Also - not to nitpick but no free water? Stayed at Limelight the night before and didn’t have to pay for water, and this was an actual 4-star hipster ski vibe experience.

This location is amazing and the amenities on property put it over the top. The beds were super comfy! My iced salted caramel latte was the best I've ever had. So I'd recommend you go grab coffee and then go relax in the hot tub. We will for sure stay here again!

We stayed for one night during the off season as a stop on our honeymoon. We knew it was the off season, but chose this hotel to take advantage of the cold plunge and sauna. Neither of these were operational at the time of our visit. I was not made aware at the time of booking and the price did not reflect the lack of advertised amenities. Other than this, the room was decent and clean, the location was good to walk around town. I would probably not stay here again, unless I was sure the amenities I was booking for were in operation.
