I needed a private room for a day of video calls and Aaron gave me a magnificent space. It was efficient and easy to reserve and he was very friendly and helpful. There were tons of amenities and a coffee shop right nearby. It was much easier and more pleasant than trying to work in my vacation rental. I'll definitely be back!

Needed a space to take zoom calls for the day while traveling. The reservation system was seamless and easy to get a day pass. You can tell they care about the place. It was clean, had great amenities, and a good vibe. Aaron the owner was personable and makes you feel welcome. Location was great with easy parking. I was able to walk to grab lunch. My room came with a monitor which was great for work. I will definitely be back anytime I’m in the area.

Such a great space! Comfortable, clean, accommodating. The large conference room was the perfect space for meetings and calls. I will definitely be back!

EVO3 is an amazing shared workspace with every amenity you could need to be productive. Aaron is very welcoming and professional and there is a real community spirit as well. If I could give six stars I would!

We had an excellent experience at EVO3 for a two day team offsite and couldn’t recommend it more. Aaron has created a beautiful, highly functional co working space with stunning mountain views in Frisco, Colorado. The technology worked flawlessly, including fast internet and well designed workspaces, which made it easy for our team to stay focused and productive. Aaron truly went above and beyond as a host, he was always available, proactive, and thoughtful, even providing helpful tutorials on features like the privacy blinds. It’s rare to find a space that combines this level of professionalism with such natural beauty. Our team got a ton of great work done while enjoying a truly unique offsite experience. Highly recommend EVO3.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
