Michael is amazing. He is honest and genuinely helpful. I was trying to sell in an unfavorable market and most agents would've probably just said yes and let the house sit on the market for half a year. He very honestly told me his assessments for the market and ran comps just to help me out. Ultimately I wound up renting and he offered me a ton of help and advise without asking for anything. I don't know any realtors or most people out there who would do what he did. If you need a realtor contact him. You won't regret it.
