I had an excellent experience using LifeSpace Labs as a single-day coworking space. A huge thanks to Dipesh, who was incredibly responsive and made coordinating my visit entirely seamless. The facility is top-notch and well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee. The phone booths were a particular standout—extremely quiet and perfect for taking private calls without any distractions. I highly recommend this spot for anyone in need of a professional, productive workspace.

A fantastic co-working space featuring open offices and a shared wet-lab. I was here last week for a seminar on bioreactor training; it's a really creative environment. I'll definitely be back!

LifeSpace is a great co-working space with expanding laboratory and science facilities. I started working remotely but found I wasn’t able to work effectively from home. I rent a desk full time at LifeSpace and find it to be an excellent environment. LifeSpace offers per-day or full time rental rates. They supply a nice desk, chair, and monitor. I wanted to use my personal dual monitor set-up, so I opted for the full time desk rental so I could bring in my own stuff and leave it set up. Although I don’t need to utilize it, LifeSpace also has an impressive lab and science facilities. Dipesh (the owner and facilities manager) is great, and is always excited to talk about the capabilities of the facility or possible equipment procurement and expansion. They have a full wet lab, a large room with racks and full spectrum LED lights, and high power usage capabilities (like 1000A @ 480V or something). Dipesh is also an advocate for tech start-ups and small businesses, and works with the city to help promote bringing new tech into the area. If you’re simply looking for a quiet place to work, or to start a small business in the life-sciences sector, LifeSpace is a great option!
