This has to be one of the most frustrating memberships ive had. They keep charging you after you cancel with them with proof of email receipts months after. You call them to cancel and they agree, slightly but brush you off and do not stop charging you. So phone calls and emails do not work. I would avoid them altogether and never let them have your credit card information because they will never stop charging it. I have to call my bank provider every month in order to get the charge credited. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO STRUGGLE GETTING CHARGED AFTER CANCELING WITH THEM. EVEN ON YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT, THEY TELL YOU TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND THEY DONT HAVE THE OPTION TO. THIS IS MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM

Office is decent. I really dont like working with REGUS system. Over charges and hides fees. Everyone at the office is nice and professional. Dont forget from second the sign you you are on the hook for 3 months pretty much.

We are a contracted office space on an annual contract with Regus. The views are amazing for the location in the valley, especially the lounge/reception area. The staff at our location is friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this location to anyone who needs an office space!

Staff needs to be reminded that the morning sun coming in the windows is what is heating up the office. She argued with me, a client, that lowering the blinds, which would HELP cool the office, and lower Regus's electric bill, would mess up the ac. Did she take physics in school? I pushed back on this, since she is wrong. Then she resorted to "this area is for the enjoyment of everyone", to an empty room, other than myself, again a client. Then the lady raised the blinds and let the morning sun, with all of its infra-red heating, back into the space. Who ever is setting policy at this location needs to have a long talk with her about priorities and physics, and why it is soooo important to win in an argument with a client.
