Pacific Workplaces San Mateo (a.k.a. Pac) has over 60 furnished private office spaces available for individual users and teams under short- term leases. Our window spaces provide tremendous natural light, and out interior rooms have sidelight panels allowing for a more ‘open’ feel. We offer reception services, administrative support, live phone answering, and access to meeting rooms so you can work productively.
We offer seven designated day offices and meeting spaces ranging in size. Each meeting room is named using architectural themes such as our Loft Boardroom or the Arch Meeting Room. Spaces are fully-equipped with flat screen displays, AppleTV and two even have electronic whiteboards. Our San Mateo location is set up for open coworking and provides several other shared workspace solutions. Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Pacific Workplaces.
