PowerHouse SJ’s retreat was exactly the reset I didn’t know I needed. Spending the weekend at the beach surrounded by smart, strong, and inspiring women was not only empowering—it was a game-changer. One of the standout moments for me was reclaiming my own bio. It pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way, helping me see just how much I’ve accomplished in my 18 years as a paralegal. I’m usually head-down, getting things done, but this gave me space to actually recognize my worth and everything I bring to the table—inside and outside of work.
