Welcome to 1990s. Horrible Internet, artificially constrained (arguably in violation of FCC rules as they do not disclose it in advance) to make you pay for an “additional package“. The staff walks into your private office all the time with no business need, and may let third-parties be there unsupervised. Their policy to inform tenants about third-parties is to inform a few weeks in advance that, someday, third-parties will be in your office: no way to schedule or prepare, no regard to your confidentiality needs and compliance requirements. No customer service: you get legalese copy pasted and no personal response. They overcharge you on your way out for all additional services even though you notified them to cancel them. If you are broke and like legal battles, take your chances with Regus! Otherwise pay 5% more and enjoy modern mindset, business friendly services and customer service of WeWork.

I've been trying to cancel for so long now. I can't even log into my account. Pease cancel it and issue me my refunds. They took it out my account again. I haven't received mail since last September with yall. This is ridiculous. I keep calling and no one answers. Please cancel my subscription
