Search "Regus scam reddit" before you consider renting an office at 505 Montgomery or other Regus offices. I signed a month-to-month office lease after salesperson Anthony Torelli confirmed via text that pricing was locked for 12 months. Five months later I got a 70% price increase with zero notice. Multiple support tickets filed, no formal response from Regus on the matter. The nickel-and-diming is ridiculous. You can't even turn your office lights on after 6 PM, so they can save a few bucks on electricity. I have reported Regus to the FTC and recommend other affected customers do the same. It's never worth it to cause yourself a headache like this. Most deceptive organization I've dealt with in entire life, it is strange that they haven't been hit with some kind of class action as many have similar experiences. Update 3 months later: After requesting the retainer return to my bank account in early February, it is now April and it is still not showing - despite being told it would be returned by March 20th. I'll get my retainer refund whether Regus decides to give it back, or whether I need to go through the legal system, but just note the pattern of behavior here. Stay away! I hope my experience is helpful to someone.

Signed a month-to-month office lease after salesperson Anthony Torelli confirmed via text that pricing was locked for 12 months. Five months later: a 70% price increase with zero notice. Multiple support tickets filed, still no response. I guess this is par for the course for them? The nickel-and-diming is relentless. You can't even turn your office lights on after 6 PM, so they can save a few bucks on electricity. They present well upfront, seem honest/friendly. Then the headaches start. Search "Regus scam reddit" and you'll know what I'm talking about. I'm filing in small claims court and reporting to the FTC. Most deceptive organization I've dealt with in entire life, it is strange that they haven't been hit with some kind of class action as many have similar experiences. BTW: They offer $500 in "workspace vouchers" through a raffle for Google reviews (advertised by the elevator). Yelp is more accurate.

I rented a month to month office space from Regus. The salesperson, Anthony Torelli, stated via text that the price was locked in for 12 months. Less than 6 months in it was increased by approximately 70% with no notice. Reported the issue but no correction was made. The extent of nickle and diming is actually pretty funny, for example you can't turn on the light in your office after 6PM. I've never heard of this in any building. Save yourself the headache, don't bother dealing with these people, never had an experience like this elsewhere & hopefully won't encounter it again. Do not believe the 'file a ticket' message. We have filed multiple, no formal response or fix. Avoid Regus at all costs, they present well but will create a headache for you later. Ridiculous organization.
