Front desk was helpful while I was there but 1-star rating cause they double charged me and I've been back and forth with different reps for a month now, filled out their account refund form, and have yet to receive a refund for the double charge despite sending them proof. Book cautiously!

Regus is always a great place to do business and meet with clients. The receptionist, Sasha, is always helpful. I always look forward to going there. My only issue is finding parking. Highly recommended if you're looking for a professional environment that is upscale rather than trendy. It's a great location for professionals such as CPAs, attorneys, notaries, and legal document assistance. Other than that, from the security guard downstairs to the front desk office manager, it's an overall great experience.
