Great staff, but terrible company. I'd carefully read any agreement before committing. We were locked out of our account because we were hacked and they were not able to help us change our login for over a month, so they charged a $200+ late fee and refused to issue a refund even if we had no way to pay the bill. It's an excellent office option at a reasonable price with great onsite staff, but moving out because of draconian policies. The send off gift is a $5/per sqft move out fee

The worst location with the worst management. They will ball you around then tell you how bad is your attitude. My recommendation stay away their management is changing every few months.

This office has not had running water for over 6 months! At first they provided bottled water but now some staff is telling me that the manager is not willing to buy bottled water. Staff actually instructed me to go to a neighboring office and grab bottled water there! How unprofessional is that? The community kitchen has been down since July 2024 (7 months ago). Staff lies and says the property manager is the problem yet an office across the hall had a leak last month on a Thursday in their kitchen and the kitchen was back up and running, fully repaired in 4 days! It is impossible to get a hold of anybody in management above the local level (which is bad business on Regus' part) so I'm sure corporate is not even aware of the mismanagement occurring here. I won't even get into the overbilling and billing problems we've had. This is such a simple problem to solve. Just give tenants the access and amenities they are paying for and be accountable. I've attached pics of how the kitchen has been for months and the replacement kitchen Regus gave us! DON'T LEASE HERE!!

Contract are false and they are outright liars. I have paid them almost $15.000 for 4 months. I have been in private practice for over 15 years. Never have I met with such dishonesty and unprofessionalism from a lessor. They have repeatedly violated the agreement. 1. Did not have lights on when needed. 2. No heat when needed. 3. Barged into my office without me there and trespassed. 4. Did not supply me with the agreed upon furniture. 5. Billed me for 3 offices instead of 2 6. Told me I can't have a printer stand in my office 7. Told me I can't have my shredder in the office 8. Told me I can only have visitors when they allow me to 9. Locked the doors so that I have to get permission 10. Told me that I was not a good fit therefore I need to vacate on office by 5-31. Then lied about it when I told corporate 11. Made it impossible for me to work with just one office. 12. Caused me to lose a good space since I signed a lease based on what they told me which is that they want me out by May 31 13. Repeatedly interrupted my workflow with multiple emails requesting payments (even when I had credits), changing cards ( I don't dare due to overbilling), emails stating that I am automatically renewed, emails regarding late charges even though they owed me credits from overbilling, etc. 14. No full janitorial as they claim 15. They were supposed to move furniture. Instead I had to do it and I had a 2 level spinal fusions and a 2 level neck fusion. 16. Told my assistants that I had no right to be in office. They can vouch for this. 17. Threatened to lock me out of my office 18. Threatened to turn of my internet 19. Accused me of stealing a water pitcher. Worth maybe $5.00 THEIR RESPONSE WAS A JOKE. THEY SAID TO PUT IN A TROUBLE TICKET ON THEIR WEBSITE. I HAVE PUT IN OVER 20 TROUBLE TICKETS WITH NO RESOLUTION.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Regus - Highland Pointe operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • At Regus - Highland Pointe, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
