We held a day-long conference at Oakstop on Telegraph and I was really impressed. From the outside, you wouldn’t expect how spacious it actually is inside. The industrial aesthetic with the exposed beams and concrete gives it a cool, creative vibe, and the art throughout the space adds character. The main event room worked perfectly for our group, and having the kitchen area right there was convenient for breaks. Staff was helpful and responsive when we needed anything. The location on Telegraph is also super accessible. Would definitely recommend Oakstop for events or coworking. It’s one of those hidden gems in Oakland that punches above what you’d expect from the street view.

We booked a rehearsal dinner at the Gaines suite with rooftop area. It was the perfect venue for a crowd of 45. We had tables, chairs, linens, display monitor and PA. They also were able to help accommodate us after another venue fell through last minute. The on-site staff was very pleasant to work witn.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Oakstop.
